To mark the 150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi this year, various programme were organised in school, in which students and teachers participated actively.
A devotional ambience prevailed as the series of programmes started with a meaningful prayer service in the form of ‘Sarva Dharma Prarthana’. As Gandhi Ji said “The need of the moment is not one religion but mutual respect and tolerance of different religions.” It was proved by the personification by pre-primary students on the theme “Non-Violence”.
A rally was organised as 'No to Single Use Plastic' campaign in collaboration with Subodh Girls College & Subodh College of Education. Rally was flag off by Mr. Jagroop Yadav, Collector, Jaipur.
A group of 24 teachers visited the exhibition “Gandhi Darpan” at The City Palace, Jaipur. Stamps, Stencils, Portraits, Slogans, Posters, and articles related to Gandhi ji were displayed by the students of school.
Principal Ms. Kamaljeet Yadav, upheld the values and teachings of Gandhiji and highlighted the sacrifice he made for the country.
