WORKSHOP ON “ENHANCING CREATIVE SELF: A MARCH TOWARDS ENTREPRENEURSHIP”
On September 20th, 2020, 'Saksham'; The E-Cell Indian Institute of Management Udaipur in coordination with Subodh Public School hosted a 1.5 hrs Entrepreneurship workshop entitled “Enhancing Creative Self: A march towards Entrepreneurship” followed by one online competition for students on Virtual Platform ZOOM for classes IX-XII at 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM. Around 267 students and academicians from more than 30 educational institute register for this workshop.
The workshop was stared with welcome speech. Mr. Vivek; representative from IIM Udaipur and The Guest Speaker Prof. Kirti Mishra, Faculty at IIM Udaipur, who is an active public speaker, started the session to help students to understand the essence of Entrepreneurship in current business environment. As the objective of the workshop was to inculcate a sense of Entrepreneurial Skills so that young minds can come up with innovative ideas which solve 'Pain Areas' of humanity. The session was quite interactive where students participated in various small activities and interacted with the guest speaker. Prof. Kirti Mishra started the session with showing a safety pin and ask its alternative uses and students come up with more than 40 uses of this small items and then she initiated the concept of idea generation and explained various parameters on the basis of which problems and its solution will be identify she also explain different techniques of planning and decision making, she elaborated the concept of mind mapping and Ethical Mapping. The speaker was happy to mention that this kind of programme will be an eye opener for young minds and it will definitely help them to think on creativity and innovation.
