As per the CBSE guidelines, "Fitness Week" is being celebrated in school. Under this programme of "Fit India Movement", in the morning assembly 'Mass PT' was done by all classes than an awareness session was also organised on " Mental Fitness" to promote mental health & well being. Dr. Stuti Pardhe was present as a resource person who is a U.S.A. trained Mental Health Practitioner. The session covered all the key aspects of mental fitness and its relation with physical fitness. It was quite interactive and interesting session to development of insight in students for mental health. The end of the session included the queries of students related to the topic.
