Third session of AAHAR CLUB was taken today December 09, 2019 by Chef from COLLEGE OF HOSPITALITY ADMINISTRATION - CHA.
Chef demonstrated the students to prepare INDIAN CUISINE like:
1. Arhar Dal Khushka
2. Nimona Rice
3. Gobhi Malai
Students enjoyed cooking and relishing prepared dishes. An open session of discussion was also taken to set the queries of the students related to hygienic practices to be followed during cooking, serving and dining.
