Sports Meet

Sports make a man capable of fighting with ups and downs of life with confidence. Sports Meet was organised in the school in which around 400 students took active part. It started with flag hoisting. Then oath was taken for true sportsmanship. Mr. Satprakash Yadav - Basketball Coach and International Player graced the occasion. He explained the importance of sports. School Principal Mrs. Kamaljeet Yadav Madam also encouraged the students to take more and more participation in sports events. Various events were organised. Some pics are worth sharing here: 

Developing Skills - Aahar Club Activity

Story Narration Activity - Pre-Primary

Story narration allows us to digest information more easily because it connects that information to emotions. ... Storytelling is important because it is effective at teaching in a way that people can easily remember, and at helping people relate to one another. Story narration is a great activity of learning. As a story progresses and develops, children also develop their interest. This is a great learning activity. 

To promote learning in an interesting and fun way; story narration activity was organised in which Pre Primary Kids participated actively. Some of the images worth sharing here:

History Festival at City Palace

Subodh Public School Airport Jaipur students is having participation in History Festival at City Palace. The History Festival is celebrated to make aware students about History and promote interest in History subject. It is a four days event which started today 12 December 2018 in which our school participated. It also includes model showcase; our school made Central Museum model. ISA Project – “Museums – Untitled treasury of generalizations”

Museums are the repositories of antique items. They are, in reality, great historical monuments which tell about the ancient world. 

A visit to Albert Hall Museum which is situated in the hearth of the city was organized by Subodh Public School, Airport under the ISA Project – “Museums – Untitled treasury of generalizations”.  A group of 30 students from class X visited the extraordinary place on December 04, 2018 to explore and learn. The students looked over the museum under the guidance of Ms. Neerja Jain (ISA coordinator), Ms. Pooja Agnihotri (ISA Project Leader) and the curators of the museum who gave all relevant information to the students related to the history of Albert Hall.

It is one of the well-known museums of India and the students found there a great collection of wonderful artifacts including paintings, jewellery, carpets, ivory stones, metal, gems, beautiful coins etc. An Egyptian mummy was the main attraction for the students and the building architecture was something which was mesmerizing. The artifacts looked life-like and impressive. 

The visit was interesting as well as very much educative for the students, as they understand a lot about the history and culture of our country. The building which is a fine example of Indo-Saracenic architecture was divided into numbers of galleries which were all visited by the students. 

In this way the visit to the Albert Hall provided students with a rich feast of ideas and it left a deep imprint on their minds. 

Annual Prize Distribution

Prize distribution is one of the most important functions of a school. It is a memorable event for the students who worked hard to achieve remarkable places. It is also a better way to appreciate and congratulate the achievers with mementoes and certificates of appreciation.

Keeping this in mind, the Annual Prize Distribution Day was organized. It was held on Saturday, 01 Dec. 2018. Ms. Tejaswini Gautam, IPS Officer and Mr. Anil Kumar Gokhroo, Convener, SPS Airport graced us with their presence as the Chief Guests of the ceremony.

It started off by the 'Subodh Welcome Song' sung by the school choir. Skit was also presented on 'Road Safety' by the students. An energetic dance performance was given by various class students. 

The chief guest gave away the prizes. She was glad that so many students of the school had won prizes in various academic and other activities.
